Service scope

The service converts EML, MSG, MBOX, PST and OST files containing supported messages into PDFs and an archive with attachments and indexes.

• Up to five messages per UTC day are available without an account in one browser.
• Upload size and contents are limited; review warnings before processing.

Your files

Upload only data you are entitled to submit for processing. Retain the source export and review the result index, warnings and errors. Do not use the service for malicious files or attempts to bypass access controls.

Result access

Source files are deleted after successful packaging.

• Access to results expires one hour after completion or sooner when you select Delete.
• Cleanup runs every five minutes and retries storage failures.
• Access expiry does not mean immediate physical deletion of all data.
• Technical account and job records may be retained longer.

Output limitations

PDFs and SHA-256 hashes help read and compare files but do not prove authenticity, completeness, legal admissibility or chain of custody. Format support does not guarantee correct parsing of every damaged or unusual message.

Payments and requests

Credit packages are paid by card through Robokassa, and a receipt is issued after the payment is confirmed, where required by local law.
